1. General

By reading these terms listed below you are accepting our terms through your purchase or use of the Site. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Site or make a purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms. Each payment is processed through PayPal and is currently the only method of payements excepted on VRS®.

2. Shipping + Returns

All items purchased on VRS® are shipped via the United States Postal Service within 2-4 business days after items have been processed. As each item is produced in small limited runs. Therefore no returns are allowed with the products unless there is obvious damage with the item.

3. International

If you are located internationally and would like to purchase a product please contact hello@victorromanstudios.com to schedule
an online payment. If an international item is purchased without an accompanied email the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

5. Are my Items pre-ordered?

No. All items purchased from VRS are crafted before hand and are ready to ship once orders are placed.

6. How much is shipping?

All items are shipped with USPS ground and contain a flat rate shipping depending on the size of the Item. The shipping price range varies from $5 - $12 USD.

7. I accidentally purchased more items can I request a refund?

Yes. If you contact hello@victorromanstudios.com within 48 hours a refund can be arranged of the purchased items made in error.

8. When are VRS drops? and When is the web store updated?

VRS dropped occur on Fridays at noon. Please follow @victorromanstudios on instagram for Selected dates.

9. Do you restock items?

VRS items are created at very low quantities and restocks rarely occur. If a restock is announced it would be mentioned on the @victorromanstudios instagram account.
